SAN DIEGO (June 5, 2017) Chief Aviation Machinist's Mate Rodrigo Zurita renders honors to the USS Midway (CV 41) Aircraft Carrier Museum as the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) passes on the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Midway, June 5, 2017, in San Diego. Nimitz is joining Carrier Air Wing 11, Destroyer Squadron 9 and the rest of Carrier Strike Group 11 to depart on a regularly scheduled deployment.
