C. Tliompson in November,1872. He applied himself vigorously to the stady of the languageand of the field, and with the aid of a lay preacher, Sr. Vivero, beganat once to fonn a congregation, which has varied at different times,under the pressure of bitter persecution, but is now reported ashaving eight communicants.
