Root very long ; stems spreading on the ground ; leaves round-kidney-shaped, long-stalked, scarcely lobed, crenate; flowers several in the axils, small, whitish. Very common weed in waste and cultivated ground. M. rotundijolia. 2. High M. Stem 3" high; leaves lobed; flowers large, rose-purple. Gardens. Jit. sylvestiis. 8. Musk M.
