Stratton,Lima yard, discovered a defective conditionon car in train of extra south, engine 4063,leaving the yard. He notified the crew and thecar was set off. On December G conductor W. C. Walkerdiscovered a defective condition on car inpassing train at Carlisle and immediatelyreported it to the dispatcher.
