This beautiful Onion cf Spanish origin, is being very generally planted in the home garden where a mild flavored onion is esteemed. They grow to immense size, measuring from 12 to 15 inches in circumference, weigh- ing sometimes as much as 3 to 5 lbs. each, though onions attaining such great size are the exception \ and not the rule. They are straw color, nearly a perfect globe in shape and ripen up hard and firm, and always attract attention in market. Pkt., 10c; oz., 25c; 95c; lb., ADRIATIC BARLETTA ONION.
