The recent murder of African-American George Floyd in the American state of Minnesota has sparked a world-wide movement of protest and civil unrest. ‘Black Lives Matter’ have kept the momentum an on-going -almost daily event in The Netherlands. Today’s theme: ‘STOP POLICE BRUTALITY’. BLM joined forces with numerous other groups, ‘Extinction Rebellion’ generally a group active in climate change actives to name but one. In previous demonstrations BLM were generally in support of George Floyd and racism in general.
