Members of the Navy leadership assigned to Navy Region Hawaii, Joint Task Force-Red Hill (JTF-RH), and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii listen to questions from the local media at the Navy Region Federal Fire Department, Hawaii, Nov. 30, 2022. JTF-RH and Navy officials held the press conference to provide an update following the inadvertent release of Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) at Adit 6, near the top of the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF), the previous day.
