Squad Overmatch is a program designed to improve mission readiness through immersion into realistic environments. The training uses the crawl-walk-run method to focus on advanced situational awareness, psychological resilience, teamwork, and combat casualty care while gradually increasing stressors and difficulty in the simulated missions.
