SHUAIBA PORT, Kuwait - During Nautical Horizon 2018, several distinguished visitors from the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, Kuwait military and other Coalition Forces came out June 24, to get a first-hand look at the Army vessels participating in the Logistics-over-the Shore mission.
