VARNA, Bulgaria (May 16, 2017) Mr. Eric Rubin, ambassador to Bulgaria, addresses Bulgarian military and civilian visitors during a reception aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Oscar Austin (DDG 79). The ship is on a routine deployment supporting national security interests in Europe, and increasing theater security cooperation and forward naval presence in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
