KRUGER NATIONAL PARK, SOUTH AFRICA: AMUSING pictures of a grinning crocodile playing with its gruesome dinner have been snapped in the wilds of Africa. As a bemused, and no doubt, hungry African fish eagle looks on this crocodile was such a playful eater it mangled its prey in its jaws well into the night. By the time darkness totally descended on the final morsel of what was probably a gazelle was guzzled by the fearsome beast. Wildlife photographer Hendri Venter took the pictures in the Kruger National Park, South Africa.
