Ancient Egyptian relief stele of Nesamun, 600-550 BC, 26th Dynasty, Abydos. Kunsthistorisches Muesum Vienna AS 119. In the panel below the hanger is an offering scene: Nesamun stands on the right and offers rich gifts which are piled up on a table to the gods Osiris and Isis,. Below this scene are six horizontal lines of inscriptions, which, in addition to the usual sacrificial formula, contain a genealogy of Neasmun that spans four generations.
