A festival-goer celebrates after successfully dunking Maj. Christopher Curley, Headquarters and Headquarters Company commander, during the Army Forces Command and Army Reserve Command Fall Festival, Oct. 25, 2013, hosted by the FORSCOM-USARC Special Troops Battalion. The after-hours festival was a good way for FORSCOM-USARC soldiers and civilians to come together and celebrate the start of the fall season.
