Nehar Mondal, a shrimp farmer of the project from a remote village, named Shukurmari village offrom Dumuria upozilla of Khulna. He added says, `` in 2013 I have joined in the project as shrimp farmer. In the14 training sessions of the project, I have learned about improved shirmp farming technology. Now we are maintaining proper stocking density, water quality, timely feeding, timely checking shrimp health and other necessary management practices. In 2013 my production was 200-250 kg/Hectre. But after following improved system in 2014 I have got 1140 kg and in 2015 till now I have got 1555 kg.
