Norwould that be necessary; anyone wanting to pursuethis study will have no difficulty in finding textbooks, written by recognized authorities, in whichevery branch is treated with exhaustive detail. Thetracts issued by the Commission are intended to out-line the subject only, and to furnish without expense,in some convenient form, a knowledge of certainelementary principles beyond which the generalreader may not care to go.
