Llegaron a esta ciudad a bordo del tren conocido como “La Bestia”, provienen de la frontera Sur del País y con rumbo a la ciudad de Mexicali donde continuaran el viaje hasta Tijuana y tienen como objetivo solicitar asilo a Estados Unidos y algunos integrantes piensan solicitar una visa humanitaria en México para laborar en los campos de Sonora y Baja California.
