Must have been a splendidly large fern, rather variable, more like the Carboniferous Ferns than any- other. Like Z. rugosa^ Bgt. of France, and Z. rohlii^ Andr. of Aix la Chapelle. Most like Z. (Acrostichides^^mm.)
