A young boy watches as the Kenya Red Cross, local government officials, volunteers and service members assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa finish raising a tent in Faza Village on Pate Island Sept. 17, 2009. A recent fire in Faza burned approximately 350 houses displacing more than 2,100 people. The tents were provided by CJTF-HOA as part of a temporary humanitarian assistance operation being conducted in cooperation with the Embassy, the Kenya Red Cross, local government officials and volunteers.
