Trade was as good as could be ex- pected the past week and stock at times sold fairly well. The supply of American Beauty roses is not as large as it has been and this stock is now in good demand at advanced prices. There is still a good supply of Mrs. Chas. Russell roses arriving, but the variety is in good demand and is nearly always pretty well disposed of before the day's business is over. Several of the stores are now receiving a good supply of the new rose. Hadley, which is attracting considerable attentio
