Every morning while Capt. (Dr.) Bruce Abbott, 460th Medical Group pharmacy element chief, and Staff Sgt. Danielle Garcia, 460th MDG pharmacy technician, were deployed to the Dominican Republic, the line of patients extended down the street. The services Abbott and Garcia provided were needed badly enough that patients would start lining up at the clinic at 9 the night before.
