William Ryan, in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va, May 10, 2017. Declared deceased as of May 11, 1969, Ryan’s remains from the Vietnam War were missing until identified by Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) in 2016 from an excavated crash site near Ban Alang Noi, Laos. Ryan’s remains were repatriated in Section 60.
