Grand Arcade is the first major retail scheme to open in Cambridge for more than 30 years. The 450,000 sq ft retail development incorporates a new 255,000 sq ft John Lewis department store which opened before Christmas 2007. Fifty-two further shop units over two levels, cafés, a restaurant, a new 950-space car park and a 500-space cycle park, comprise the remainder of the scheme.
