Performers balance a chariot of Rato Machindranath during the pull the chariot of deity Rato Machhindranath which was stopped for six months due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The clash between locals and police broke out when locals demanded the procession of the chariot to be held on Thursday, The chariot was pulled on Sunday evening in the presence of a limited number of people taking precautions to the prevent spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease.
