It is unsurpassed in quality, very mealy, of delicate flavor, and is remarkable for the evenness with which it cooks through; is very productive. Potatoes kept one year from the time they were dug were sound. The vines are of medium height, stout and vigorous; leaves mediuir: and of dark green color. The tubers are compactly clustered around the base of the stalks, an important consideration in digging the crop.
