Silverstone, Milton Keynes, UK. October 29th 2016. Runners emerge from the ‘Rock Solid Laundrette’. This obstacle, the last in the 2016 Rock Solid Race MK [Milton Keynes], is designed to rinse off muddy and tired runners with soap and foam and also incorporates flashing lights and disco tunes. This year runners took on up to 60 obstacles depending on the length of their race, either 5km, 10km or 15km. Rock Solid Race, now in its fourth year is one of hundreds of similar events taking place across the UK every year.
