Mun-roe, a citizen of the United States, residing at Boston, Mass., againstthe Missouri Steamship Company, Limited, which was in course of vol-untary liquidation, for the loss of 264 head of cattle shipped by Mun-roe in America on board their ship, the Missouri. The Missouri Steamship Company was an English company, havingits offices at Liverpool, and the Missouri was an English ship. Thecattle were shipped by Munroe under contracts in the English form,signed by the agents of the company at Boston.
