The AFMC Defender Challenge team perform a training patrol Sept. 7, 2018, at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The team spent several weeks training at Hill, Dugway Proving Ground and the Utah Test and Training Range to prepare for the challenge. The team will compete against 13 other teams from Air Force major commands, Great Britain and Germany in the first Defender Challenge since 2003.
