CARTAGENA, Colombia (Nov. 20, 2016) Chief Petty Officer Steven Williamson and Petty Officer 1st Class Dexter Mims secure a tug line during sea and anchor detail as USS Zumwalt (DDG 1000) prepares to depart Cartagena, Colombia. Crewed by 147 Sailors, Zumwalt is the lead ship of a class of next-generation destroyers designed to strengthen naval power by performing critical missions and enhancing deterrence, power projection and sea control objectives.
