PEARL HARBOR, HI (Feb. 10, 2018) The traditional Polynesian double-hulled voyaging canoe, Hōkūle‘a, sails on the waters of Pearl Harbor during it's first-ever visit to the harbor, Feb. 10. The crew was welcomed at Rainbow Bay Marina by the Puʻuloa community and US Navy, who are hosting the canoe during its visit. The week-long engagement to follow will include school visits, public dockside tours and a crew talk story event.
