As they exactly resemble, in color, shape and size, the eggs of hens, do not crack, and i are uninjured by cold or wet, they make the very best nest-eggs. The i plant is a rapidly-growing climber, ) and is useful for covering screens, â etc., being quite ornamental, with the numerous white eggs. At last we have this variety perfectly pure, and can now most highly recommend it. Per pkt. 10 cts.; oz. 50 cts. THE DIPPER GOURD. This variety is also useful for many household purposes. When grown on the ground the stems wiU be curved, whUe if raised as a climbing vine^ on a trellis, the weight of the blossom end will cause the stem to grow straight. They are very easily prepared for use as dippers, will last for years, and are particularly valuable for dipping hot liquidsâthe handles do not readily become hot. Dip- pers of various sizes, of a capacity of from a pint to a quart and a half, can be had from a few vines. Illus- tration and directions printed on each packet ol the seed.
