A mixed-use development in the heart of London's West End which employs a very economical plan form around a central atrium and incorporates retail, residential and commercial office uses. The complexity of the site involved demolition in a conservation area, a retained Edwardian facade and a large floor area inserted into the urban fabric, set within the tight confines of the site and adjacent buildings.
