East Kent Beadle/ Leyland TD5 veteran coach on show at the Bank Holiday Mining Heritage Festival at Fowlmead Country Park 2009. This coach was constructed by J C Beadle of Dartford, utilising the chassis and running units of a 1938 Leyland TD5 double-deck bus. During its early years with East kent, it would have worked Express services to London and along the coast to Bournmouth.
