SEA OF JAPAN (April 27, 2017) Sailors from the forward-deployed Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) listen for instruction during an underway personnel exchange with the Fleet Replenishment Oiler USNS Pecos (T-AO 197). Fitzgerald is on patrol in the 7th Fleet area of operations supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
