Various Notes, The regular meeting of the Florists' and Gardeners' Club was held at Car negie library, February 1. "Carna- tions" was the subject for discussion and local growers responded with a few of their novelties. The election of offi- cers took place. J. B. Sheridan enter- tained. A luncheon was served. Fred Henoch, treasurer of the Ove Gnatt Co., was a visitor in Pittsburgh last week. T. T. Fryer, of the Taiyo Trading Co., New York, was also a visitor. The Pittsburgh Cut Flower Co. has added another 1-ton Ford to its delivery equipment. S. M. Poe opened a store at Midland, Pa., this week. William R. Wampler, representative of the Pittsburgh Cut Flower Co., has been in the eity during the last week on account of the illness of his wife.
