A Marine Corps F-35B Lightning II with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 121, departs Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, March 23, 2017. VMFA-121 aims to fill close air support missions in support of 5th Anglico for the Korean Marine Exchange Program (KMEP) 17-5 in the Republic of Korea (ROK) later this month. The Marine Corps will continue to support the alliance with the most advanced aircraft platforms in their inventory.
