India. 01st Jan, 2018. Tourists enjoys with in snow at Pahalgam, the famed tourist resort in south Kashmir district of Anantnag. 100 Km south of Srinagar. The night temperatures in Pahalgam yesterday dipped to minus 5-degree centigrade. The famed tourist resort records heavy snowfall in winters and the main river flowing it -the Lidder river- freeze due to sub-zero temperatures.
