Kyle "Chet" Turco, program manager of the Navy's Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office (PMW 790), part of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I), addresses the audience at the Shore and Expeditionary Users' C4I Working Group. The three-day event was hosted by PMW 790, and stakeholders from around the fleet attended to discuss Shore as an Information Warfare Platform.
