Near the town of Nolay, a large part of the castle has survived through the centuries. It combines authentic 14th-century vestiges such as the entrance tower, the surrounding wall, the eastern, western and southern towers of the square courtyard with a 19th-century building (on the left in the courtyard) built in 15th-century style. The château de Coraboeuf is an excellent example of feudal military architecture
