The mammillated hyperplasia of the interarytenoidfold, the granulomatous proliferation around the vocal process, the flexionfissure at the angle of junction of the cord and arytenoid, the mouse-nibbledulceration about the fissure, and the pyriform swelling of the arytenoids,form together a picture which is absolutely characteristic of the concerned the Rev. J. W. D., who was then twenty-seven years of age,having had pulmonary tuberculosis previously for three years, and the laryn-geal complication for about one year.
