A rather incompletely preserved female, which, without the an- tennae, but including the distinctly well-marked ovipositor, is 18"™ long; and whose front wings exhibit a length of only 10™™. The abdomen is one and one-half times as long as the thorax; measured from its base, the ovipositor is only a little more than two-thirds the length of the abdomen, while its free projecting poTtion is less than.
