One ounce will sow 150 feet of drill. To grow Parsley to perfection, it requires a rich, mellow and rather deep soil. Sow early in spring, in drills one foot apart and half an inch deep, previously soaking the seeds a few hours in tepid water, to facilitate germination. Thin out the young plants to four inches.
