Looking like an Venetian Bridge the crossing of the Megalopotamos River was just built in the 19th century. Up to today it is still the only bridge over the Megalopotamos River. Die venezianische Brücke über den Megalopotamos-Fluss sieht zwar venezianisch aus, wurde aber erst in der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts in der Nähe des Klosters Preveli errichtet. Sie bildet noch heute die einzige Querung des Megalopotamos-Flusses.
