Worker puts lights on Christmas Tree in New Haven CT USA
New Haven, CT USA-- Parks and Recreation Electrician Jim Wankowicz battles the cold weather as he strings lights on a Christmas tree in the Pardee Seawall park in New Haven. The tree and lights were donated by the East Shore Neighborhood Preservation Association after the city did not fund the tree this year due to cutbacks.
