Gerald Olin, commanding officer of the littoral combat ship USS Independence (LCS 2) observes the Mexican Navy frigate ARM Hermenegildo Galeana (F 202) during a passing exercise following Independence’s port visit to Manzanillo, Mexico. Galeana is former Navy frigate USS Bronstein (FF 1037).
