Grey Long-eared Bat (Pleocotus austriacus) resting

Grey Long-eared Bats live in southern Europe, they are very similar to the Long-eared Bats, and in some areas they occur together. This individual is resting during its nocturnal hunts. They tend to rest more frequently during the night when the weather is cooler or when it rains, otherwise they spend more time flying and hunting.
