Roger Howard Hurd, of Winchester, Fourth Assistant Clerk Born at Cambridge, Mass., April 13, 1881, moving to Win-chester, Mass., in 1888. He attended the Winchester publicschools, leaving the high school in 1898 and entering the BostonArt School in the fall of that year. Since the summer of has been employed in the office of Clerk of Courts, being ap-pointed P^ourth Assistant Clerk on March 27, 1903.
