The building is onefull block long of 200 feet irontage on A street and two frontagesof 120 ieet on Fourth and Fifth Streets In plan it presents 20,000 sq. feet of store fioor area, with a possibleone 12,000 feet store or a subdivision of one great store, and five elegantshops, which will afford an estimated revenue of $1000 per month. Within this structure is to be contained an auditorium with a capacityof 1500 seats, and provision made for all modern appointments in spaciousstaircases, foyers, i-eception rooms, kitchen service, and modern stageequipment, all naturally illuminated and scientifically ventilated andheated. Santa Rosa, in this auditorium, will be provided with the only spaciousand well-designed public assembly hall within her limit
