Within this structure is to be contained an auditorium with a capacityof 1500 seats, and provision made for all modern appointments in spaciousstaircases, foyers, i-eception rooms, kitchen service, and modern stageequipment, all naturally illuminated and scientifically ventilated andheated. Santa Rosa, in this auditorium, will be provided with the only spaciousand well-designed public assembly hall within her limit
