Then the royal visitors, precededby His Excellency the Governor, the Premier, and members ofthe cabinet, drove direct to Government House. On arrivalthere, His Excellency the Governor, the Premier and hisCabinet received them, and then followed the presentation ofthe address of welcome from the people of Newfoundland, bythe Right Hon.
