Navy Lt. Lucas Rex, the battalion chaplain for Headquarters Battalion, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), carries a log during a battalion physical training session, MCBH, Feb 9, 2018. The unit split into two companies, Service and Headquarters, and ran miles around the installation while carrying ammo cans, two logs and water jugs filled with water. Physical training helps instill physical fitness and uphold the standards expected of a Marine to be ready for the fight.
