Randy Burlingame and Senior Airman Josh Torres, 104th Civil Engineering Squadron explosive ordnance disposal technicians, teach 514th CES EOD technicians and 439th CES EOD technicians how to safe and mitigate explosive hazards on an F-15C Eagle. During the training, the 514th and 439th CES EOD teams practiced pinning the aircraft and responding to an in flight emergency with a hung flare.
